I apologize for this being way overdo, but I again just wanted to thank you for taking such great care of my horse Destiny. I was really nervous about having a person I had never met take my horse across country, but you really gave me no reason to worry. And I appreciate you not getting upset when I called everyday. I was just amazed at how perfect she looked and acted when she got here. I really can't thank you enough for taking such excellent care of my baby girl. Thanks again! :)

Sorry it has taken me this long to send you a HUGE THANK YOU for the wonderful service we received in transporting our horse from Washington to Ohio. You know we had a horrible experience before with our other horse so were very relieved to have things go so smoothly this time. We were also very happy with the fair price you charged for MUCH better service that we received from Grand Champion Transport.
Commanche arrived in good shape and much quicker. We appreciated the easy contact with you and the updates on his condition. We're thankful he was let out of the trailer each night and got to stretch his legs. It was nice to have a smaller transport trailer. It was also great that we had a company that didn't cart him all over the country to pick up other horses.
We would highly recommend your services to anyone who wants to have a horse transported!!!

I wish you would have accepted some reimbursement for the bute you gave him to be comfortable with his arthritis during the trip. You showed how much you really do care for these animals. Thank you for all your help during the recent wildfires here in San Diego. Paul came in from Arizona to assist us, San Diego was not even on his route this trip. He had hauled a horse for my trainer Mikey Harchol a few months ago and contacted her to offer his assistance when he heard of the fires. Paul not sure if you knew, but 4 Rail Transport was the only hauler mentioned on our local news as donating his time and rig to haul horses out of dangerous areas to safety.
Paul spent several days with us to assist us in the evacuations. Paul kept up everyone's moral up with his incredible stories. Thanks Paul for rescuing the horses in Valley Center and other areas! Paul even made one trip to rescue a cat out of an evacuation area.
I cannot speak highly enough of this individual and his dedication to horses and people. If I ever need to transport a horse again, I would not hesitate to use Paul's services.

Count me as a referrel for Paul. He hauls the way we would if we could. Paul stayed for a day and a half with us, with horses from all over and Florida. They looked great, and reloaded happily. Thanks for doing such a great job shipping 2 of my horses to their new buyer. It was a long trip – from Michigan to Las Vegas which isn’t easy when one of the horses had special needs which you accommodated wonderfully and without a fuss. The layovers you do on a long trip are so beneficial to the horses so they can rest and arrive in good shape at their final destination and quite frankly surprised me as you don’t hear of it often with horse transport companies. And I liked your rig – nice and new and tall to accommodate the 17h horse without a problem.
Thanks also for keeping in contact with me both before and after the pick-up so I could rest easy that the horses well being well cared for. And thanks for not getting annoyed and always sounding cheerful when I called you incessantly and way too much to check on the horses during shipping!

I just wanted to thank you once again, for all you have done to help us out!
You have undoubtedly gone "above and beyond" in many ways, and it is so
appreciated. Not only caringly and carefully hauling my 5 yearlings across
the country once in the dead of winter and through some bad weather, to a
new home that unfortunately turned out to be a disastrous mistake. But then
also helping me recover them so we could get them quickly moved to safety
another state over, with a great couple you recommended that could care for
them while we re-grouped and figured out what to do next. And if that
wasn't enough, you hauled one of them again to a new buyer a few states
away, and now in the sweltering summer heat, you have returned my last 2
stud colts home, another 2000 miles, safe and sound, happy and healthy and
looking great.
My young horses have been very well traveled and cared for in your capable
hands and top notch rig! They thank you, as do we, for all your help over
the bumpy course we all traveled with this little "learning experience" -
that thanks in great part to you, turned out much better than it might have
otherwise. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone, and
in fact continue to, and will many times more in the future, I am sure. You

Hi Paul,
I just wanted to thank you again for transporting my 5 year old Quarter Horse gelding from Wyoming to Vermont. Foster arrived calm and healthy. He was not dehydrated, and I was really impressed that he didn’t drop weight. I was also really impressed with the way you handled him. After getting off the trailer, he walked calmly to his stall and started eating and drinking normally. 2200 miles is a long way to transport a horse, but thanks to your care he arrived in perfect condition. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that you were always friendly and cheerful when I called you on the road to check up on him. You never made me feel like I was being a nuisance!
